A smart investment, backed by proven performance

Circlair is already active across a range of industrial sectors, from the food industry to manure and waste processing. For applications of the technology in livestock farming, Circlair is currently pursuing certification of the Nitrate Scrubber for use in veal calf and pig husbandry.

Rigorous protocols

In these certification processes, the technology is evaluated according to a strict measurement and testing protocol, carried out by independent testing bodies. Ammonia removal, odor reduction, process stability, and operational reliability are all assessed under a wide variety of barn conditions.

If everything proceeds as planned, we expect to obtain official recognition by the end of 2026.

Reliable results over the long term

Our approach is aimed not only at achieving high removal performance, but above all at delivering those results consistently over the long term. To that end, the system's operation is continuously monitored digitally: process parameters are automatically recorded and tracked, so that any deviations are detected at an early stage. The result is an installation that runs stably, requires little oversight, and demands minimal maintenance.

Through these certification processes, we are building a solution that helps farmers reduce emissions, operate efficiently, and take meaningful steps towards circularity — by converting captured nitrogen into a high-quality fertilizer substitute.
